Traditional product of south-west France, foie gras is often found on tables around the world during the festive season. Our foie gras lobes come exclusively from our region. The ducks are reared and processed using our traditional methods.
It's delicious with a little mixture of prunes, dried apricots and figs cut with a knife on one corner of the plate.

A traditional product of south-west France, duck legs confit can be enjoyed with parsley or added to your winter dishes (cassoulet, garbure...). Don't throw the fat away, keep it in the fridge! It's delicious and healthy for sautéed potatoes!

Cooked, the neck stuffed with foie gras contains 20 % of duck foie gras. It can be eaten cold as a starter or as a hot dish. Its original, exquisite flavour is all it needs, but it also goes perfectly with a wide range of dishes.
Cut the neck into slices and arrange on a bed of chopped lettuce, accompanied by quarters of warm, lightly caramelised apples.
For a hot dish, place the whole neck on a bed of baked potatoes a quarter of an hour before the end of cooking time, to reheat it and give it time to release its aromas.

It contains 35% of knife-cut foie gras, mixed with the rest of our preparation. Tasty and well-seasoned, it's the perfect accompaniment to an aperitif, and can even be used as a starter.

It must be served fresh, thinly sliced and surrounded by its jelly, with a seasonal salad. A pure delight! Perfect for a summer lunch or dinner.

Genuine "chicken bouillon" old-fashioned made, we advise you to eat it during cold evenings or when you catched a cold! But it can also be used as a sauce base for bourguignon or any sauce dish in general.
Once opened, the stock can be kept for 3 days in the fridge, or frozen.
